Our History
The way of BM began 20 years ago in Spain, working with UMARAN in projects related with
light facades, closures and skylights. Works in the Guggenheim museum (Bilbao) are the most
representatives of that age.
BM carried on working with RILOVA, specialists in light facades. Duque de Lerma building(the
highest one in the biggest region of Spain), Valladolid airport, Engineering building at Burgos
University, some water purification plants and Euskal telebista Headquarters were some
project we’ve involved in.
BM continued executing all kind glass facades, singular Windows and skylights around Spain.
Big hotels with composites facades (15000 m2), industrial buildings and even sophisticated
villas are examples of our projects in those years.
Settled in Madrid in 2004, BM started to execute all the glass skylight and the dome(the largest
in Europe) of Plaza Norte 2, an emblematic commercial centre of the Spanish capital.
BM also worked in other malls and begun to perform public works as underground stations,
interchangers and even the city hall of Madrid.
In this Age, BM started to performance works
abroad, Russia was its first destination.
In 2007 BM started to work with Bellapart SAU. The entrance hall glass Stair of “Torre de
cristal” (Madrid highest skyscraper) was one of the first partnerships.
Consultancy, repair and rehabilitation of museums and wine cellars were others jobs.
After these works, Bellapart SAU asked us to manage the international projects area.
Since that moment BM has been in Portugal, USA, Germany, France, UK, Russia and KSA.
Currently we’ve made consultancy to the Aquarium in the city of Lima, (Peru) and we are
concluding a project at ZFP Headquarters, Jeddah (KSA) and a Tramway stop at Krefeld (Germany).
During this time BM has learnt of the achievements and, overall, mistakes of its partners.
Although BM is recognized for its results executing the works, BM is not fully satisfied and
wants to cover the design and development of the projects.
In the last years BM has been hiring and training different profiles of workers in order to
provide more and better services day by day.
Thanks our high conception and analysis skills, we are able to develop and execute quickly and
with very tight budgets.
